AGE: Hard to say, and he doesn't actually know, what with having been created full-grown in a lab and then mindwiped. Appears to be somewhere in his thirties. Is probably, chronologically speaking, closer to twenty.
HEIGHT: 6'1", outside of his power armor.
BUILD: Burly as heck. More like Brotherhood of Abs of Steel, amirite?
HAIR: Shiny, black, and just too fabulous for a regulation crewcut.
VOICE: Tell him he sounds like George Clooney. He'll have no idea what you're talking about, but it's true anyway.
DEMEANOR: Extremely military at all times, without exception. Battle cries are his pillow talk. Literally. Ad victoriam, baby.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: He'll allow it and possibly even gingerly return it, if he likes you and/or you seem emotionally fragile. If he doesn't like you, you'll get a stern warning first and a rifle butt to the stomach thereafter.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Anything short of causing permanent disfigurement is fine. He's very well-trained in combat and he loves a fight.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: Flirting from anyone is fine! He'll be anywhere from bewildered and awkward to bluntly unkind about it, depending on whether your character is human or not.
SEXUAL CONTENT: Open to it with discussion first. He's attracted to men and women, but some relationships are probably going to take a bit more CR development beforehand.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: I'm cool with having them used on him, but he will be angry about it.
Depending on the nature of a character's psychic abilities, they may be able to detect the synth component in his brain, which makes him vulnerable to being "factory reset" by those who know a certain code.
MAGIC/POWERS: Also fine with having these used on him. They'll freak him the hell out.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Depends a little bit on whether he's being played pre- or post-Blind Betrayal, but he's always going to be deeply offended by disparagement of the Brotherhood of Steel.
He's also going to be touchy about people joking or teasing about his synthetic nature--he's fine calling himself a machine as a sort of coping mechanism, but if anyone else does, it's going to hurt his feelings.
Despite his tentative PTSD diagnosis, however, he doesn't really have triggers that need to be avoided in threads.
